Employment Tribunals Rule of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 Upon the Respondent presenting a Response not defending the claim, within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £774.00. The sums payable above are the gross amounts to be paid and the claimant is responsible for any income tax and National Insurance contributions thereon.
