[1]The claim for unfair dismissal is struck out as the claimant does not have the requisite qualifying service.[2]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim for unlawful deductions from wages as the claim was not brought within the time limit set out in S 23(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996. Oral reasons having been given, the parties are reminded of Rule 62(3) of Schedule 1 of the 2013 Rules regarding written reasons not being produced unless requested and/or subsequently requested in accordance with Rule 62(3).
