(1) The Claimant was wrongfully dismissed(2) The Claimant was unfairly dismissed.(3) The Claimants’ application contending that she was discriminated against on account of her sex is rejected and is dismissed.(4) The Claimant’s is awarded £570.52 in respect of the Wrongful Dismissal.(5) The Claimant is awarded the following in respect of the Unfair Dismissal:- a) Basic Award £ 659.76 b) Compensatory Award £2867.34 c) ACAS Uplift £ 716.84 Total Unfair Dismissal £4,243.94(6) For the avoidance of doubt the total sum payable under this Judgment is £4,814.46(7) The Recoupment Regulations apply in this case as follows:- a) The ‘monetary award’ is £2,867.34 b) The ‘prescribed elements’ is £2,867.34 c) The ‘period to which the prescribed element’ relates is 10 October 2016 to 18 December 2016
