Mr J Murphy v Redde Northgate plc: 1300774/2021
JUDGMENT
This has been a remote hearing which has been consented to by the parties. The form of remote hearing was a video hearing, using the tribunal’s Cloud Video Platform (CVP). A face to face hearing was not held because it was not practicable in the circumstances of the covid-19 pandemic and all issues could be determined in a remote hearing.[1]The claimant’s claims for a redundancy payment and breach of contract and/or unlawful deduction from wages claims in respect of notice pay, arrears of pay and any other payments are dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and breach of contract and/or unlawful deduction from wages in respect of unpaid accrued holiday pay are struck out on the basis that they were presented outside the relevant statutory time limits. It would have been reasonably practicable for the claims to have been presented in time.[3]There are no remaining claims to proceed to hearing. Case No:1300774/2021
