JUDGMENT
[1]The Claim for a redundancy payment is well-founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,522.62.[2]The Respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the Claimant without the full period of notice to which he was entitled and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages of £2,199.38 (gross).[3]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages by failing to pay the Claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £101.50 (gross).[4]The Respondent made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £938.89 (gross).[5]The total amount ordered to be paid by the Respondent to the Claimant, as set out at 1 to 4 above, £4,762.39.
