[1]The claimant’s application for a postponement is refused.

[2]These claims are hereby struck out because:2.1 There is cause of action estoppel.

2.2 There is issue estoppel.

2.3 They are an abuse of process.

2.4 There is no jurisdiction under the Equality Act 2010.

2.5 There is no jurisdiction because they are out of time.

[3]There are grounds to make a costs order by reason of the matters referred to in paragraph 2. I hereby Order the claimant to pay the first respondent’s costs of £10,393.50. l am satisfied that the first respondent has properly incurred these Case Number 1300763/2018 costs and has issued a costs warning. The claimant has provided no evidence about his means and consequently I was unable to take them into account.
