The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal does not Case Number 1300616/2021 1301334/2021 succeed.[3]The claimant’s complaints of unlawful discrimination contrary to s13 and 20 & 21 of the Equality Act 2010 do not succeed.[4]The claimant’s complaints before the Employment tribunal are dismissed.
