[1]The claim for a redundancy payment is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The claim for wrongful dismissal is well-founded and succeeds.[3]The claim for unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and succeeds.[4]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the sum of £6,625.05 in respect of these claims, comprising:a. £4,110.00 redundancy payment calculated at 3 years employment at a week’s pay of £274 and 8 years continuous employment at one and a half week’s pay at £411.b. £2,241.00 damages for wrongful dismissal, comprising 9 weeks net pay at £249.c. £274.05 accrued unpaid holiday pay
