Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £4, 253.90 subject to such deductions as it is entitled to make on behalf of tax and national insurance.[2]The respondent is in breach of contract in failing to pay to the claimant outstanding expenses. The respondent is to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £241.98 (net).[3]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with particulars of employment. The award that the respondent must pay to the claimant is increased by £2,032 (4 weeks gross pay). .
