JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was at all material times an employee of the Respondent for the purposes of the unfair dismissal and redundancy payment claims pursuant to the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Claimant was at all material times a worker engaged by the Respondent for the purposes of the Working Time Regulations 1998.[3]By Agreement, the parties agree that the Respondent shall pay the sum of £4,000 in full and final settlement of all heads of claims made under Claim No. 1300453/2020 to the Claimant or his representative.
