JUDGMENT

J U D G M E N T The Judgment of the Tribunal is that: In respect of the first claimant.(i) The Tribunal finds that the respondent made unauthorised deductions from the first claimant’s wages and makes a declaration accordingly.(ii) The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £804.58. Case Numbers:1300430/2020 & 1304464/20 In respect of the second claimant. (i) The Tribunal finds that the respondent made unauthorised deductions from the second claimant’s wages and makes a declaration accordingly. (ii) The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £790.50. For the avoidance of doubt these are the net sums that the claimants should receive after the respondent has discharged any applicable tax and National Insurance. Oral reasons were given on 13 November 2020 and the parties were, and are, reminded of Rule 62(3), Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 regarding written reasons not being produced unless requested in accordance with Rule 62 (3).
