[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal succeeds. The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant compensation as follows:a. Basic award: £841.50b. Compensatory award: £1,009.80c. Total: £1,851.30[2]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay, pursuant to the Working Time Regulations 1998, succeeds and there shall be judgment for the Claimant which the Respondent must pay in the sum of £77.49.[3]The total judgment sum for the claimant, which must be paid by the Respondent is therefore: £1,928.79.[4]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay is dismissed
