JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of constructive unfair dismissal, unpaid holiday pay on termination of employment and breach of contract (unpaid notice pay in respect of the termination of a secondment contract) are out of time. It was reasonably practicable for these claims to be presented in time, and accordingly the tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with these claims and they are dismissed.[2]The claims of disability discrimination are out of time. They were not presented within such other period as the tribunal considers just and equitable. Case Number: 1300412/2024 Accordingly, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with these claims and they are dismissed.[3]By consent, the claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.
