JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent on 12 October 2020.[2]The respondent failed to pay to the claimant 2 weeks statutory notice and 4.8 weeks holiday pay due at the termination of his employment.[3]The respondent failed to provide updated particulars of employment pursuant to s.4 Employment Rights Act 1996. Any award shall be uplifted by 2 weeks pay.[4]The claimant and respondent have agreed terms of settlement and have jointly sought that:-a. the claim is stayed until 4:00pm on 11 November 2021 so those terms can be put into effectb. unless either party makes an application prior to the expiry of the stay to the contrary the claimant’s claims shall be dismissed on withdrawal with no order as to costs.
