Accordingly, on application of the claimant, the proceedings are stayed for 4 weeks pending the outcome of that case. The claimant’s representative shall inform the tribunal whether his claim as an individual is pursued thereafter. The claim is deconsolidated from the other conjoined Caparo claims led by 1300351/2016.
