The judgment of the Tribunal is that the complaint is dismissed.REASONS
[1]The case was listed for hearing today 21 March 2017 by a notice sent to the parties on 31 January 2017. Neither party has attended the hearing.[2]Reasonable enquiries have been made of the parties by the tribunal administration to ascertain the whereabouts of the parties and it did not prove possible to speak to either party on their identified contact telephone numbers. No contact has been made by either party to indicate that it was not their intention to attend the hearing.[3]Having considered the information before the tribunal contained in the pleaded complaint and response and without further information provided by Case Number 1300374/2017 way of oral or documentary evidence it is not possible to determine the complaint on paper. Absent any information about the reasons for the absence of both parties the complaint is dismissed because of the failure to pursue it.
