JUDGMENT

[1]The claim is dismissed as against the second respondent.[2]The claimant’s complaints of discrimination because of sexual orientation and gender reassignment are dismissed, following a withdrawal of those complaints by the claimant.[3]The remaining complaints against the first respondent will proceed to hearing on 27-29 April 2022.
