JUDGMENT
[1]The claimants claim to the tribunal, of unfair dismissal and race discrimination, is dismissed in its entirety on the grounds that: a) He did not possess the qualifying employment with the respondent of two years required to claim unfair dismissal. b) He commenced his claim of discrimination because of the protected characteristic of race, outside the prescribed limitation period of 3 months from the acts of discrimination complained of. c) The tribunal finds that it is not just and equitable for the time limit to be extended in these proceedings.
