Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 On the basis of the available information before Employment Judge Lloyd;[1]The judgment of the tribunal is that: - a) The claimant’s claim for a statutory redundancy payment and notice pay is dismissed because: i) The claims have been presented outside the statutory time limits, of 6 months and 3 months, respectively; and ii) It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to have made the claims within the permitted time limit.[2]I dismiss the claimant’s claims in their entirety.
