JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent made unlawful deductions from his wages is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The respondent failed to compensate the claimant in relation to the claimant’s entitlement to holiday leave that had accrued as at the termination of the claimant’s employment. The respondent is ordered to pay the agreed sum of £122.50 (gross) to the claimant in respect of the accrued leave entitlement.[3]The claimant ’s remaining complaints are all dismissed on withdrawal.
