JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed as the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it. It was not reasonably practicable for the claimant to bring his claim withing the primary time limit, but he did not present his claim within such further period as the Tribunal considers reasonable.[2]The claimant’s claims of disability discrimination were not brought within the primary time limit, but it is just and equitable to extend time for the presentation of the claims arising out of the claimant’s dismissal to 16 January 2020. The claims may proceed to a final hearing.
