JUDGMENT

[1]This litigation now comprises two consolidated claims of the above case numbers. By consent of the parties, I formally dismiss from these proceedings the second respondent in claim 1300149/2020, Donna Hamilton, and the second and third respondents in claim 1311062/2020, namely James Reeley and Wendy Doughty.[2]The claimant has withdrawn her complaints of discrimination arising from disability (s15 EqA), direct discrimination (s13 EqA) and indirect discrimination (s19 EqA). I dismiss those complaints forthwith.[3]The claimant is a disabled person for the purposes of s6(1) Equality Act 2010.[4]The claimant did not engage s.6(1) EqA before 10 October 2018.[5]The claimant’s impairments giving rise to her disability from the said date under the EqA are dyslexia, anxiety, and depression.
