JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant has not shown that he was a disabled person within the meaning of the Equality Act 2010. It already having been determined that his claim for disability discrimination depends on his disability his claim for disability discrimination is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim for pregnancy/maternity discrimination is dismissed by operation of paragraph 2.2 of the unless order made on 16 July 2019.[3]There are no other claims before the tribunal and these proceedings are therefore dismissed.
