JUDGMENT
[1]The judgment dated 8 October 2020 is reconsidered and revoked as it is necessary in the interests of justice to do so.[2]The tribunal has jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s complaint that the Secretary of State failed to make a payment under s.182 Employment Rights Act 1996, by virtue of s. 188 Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The parties will receive a notice of hearing for the final hearing of this complaint.
