JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent’s applications that the claimant’s complaints should be struck out and/or a deposit ordered are refused.[2]The respondent confirmed the statutory defence pursuant to s. 109 Equality Act 2010 is no longer pursued.[3]As to the existing case management orders the parties confirmed that no variations to the existing orders are sought and they do not seek judicial mediation. However, following a discussion it was agreed, given the claimant’s intention to call a number of witnesses, that an additional day shall be added to the time estimate and the hearing shall be extended to 4 days. It shall now be heard on 19, 20, 21 & 24 February 2020.
