JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is in time. The claim succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of £6, 466.50. This is calculated as follows: Age 58 @ dismissal, 9 completed years service, multiplier 1.5, statutory cap on a weeks pay £479 = 13.5 weeks @ £479.[2]The claimant’s claims for wrongful dismissal (unpaid notice pay) and unpaid holiday pay are out of time. It was reasonably practicable for the claims to be presented in time. Accordingly the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear these claims and they are dismissed.
