JUDGMENT

[1]The claim s of unfair dismissal unauthori s ed deductions from wages and breach of contract were not presented within the statutory time limit despite it being reasonably practicab le to do so and are each dismissed.[2]The disability discrimination, harassment and victimi s ation claims were not presented within the statutory three month period of 3 months from the last act complained of but it is just and equitable to permit them to proceed.[3]The Tribunal at final hearing remain at liberty to determine whether acts omissions pri o r to the last act c omplained of form part of con duct extending over a period and/or are out of time and/or whether it is j ust and e quitable to extend time in respect of some or all of those acts omissions
