JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant failed to establish that he was a disabled person within the meaning of the Equality Act 2010; and therefore, his claims for disability discrimination are dismissed.[2]By consent, there will be a Closed Preliminary Hearing (CPH) by telephone with a time estimate of 1 hour commencing at 2pm on 14 November 2019. Any judge may hear it. The purpose of the CPH is to:(1) check that the case management orders have been complied with and the case is ready to be heard at the final hearing,(2) agree a detailed timetable for the hearing, and(3) give consideration to bringing the final hearing dates forward if there are any suitable dates in the diary. The parties must have dates of availability for themselves, their witnesses and representatives. Signed by: Employment Judge Dimbylow Signed on: 14 August 2019 Note: Reasons for the judgement having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a request was made by either party at the hearing (and no such request was made) or a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
