[1]The claimant’s claim of constructive unfair dismissal and his claim for a redundancy payment fail and are dismissed.[2]By consent the claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay on termination of employment succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant unpaid holiday pay in the sum of £1050.[3]By consent the respondent was in breach of the claimant’s right to a statement of employment particulars and the respondent must pay an award to the claimant in the sum of £1645.80.
