JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract on 7 January 2017. The respondent has paid to the claimant the agreed sum of £319.45 (net) as damages, credit for which has been given.[2]It is declared that the respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages pursuant to Part II of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The respondent is ordered to pay £7,010.72 (gross) to the claimant in respect of the unlawful deduction. In addition to the sums for which credit has been given in paragraph 1 above it is agreed the respondent has further paid to the claimant £2,402.21 (net) for which credit shall also be given. The balance outstanding was agreed as £4,608.51.
