JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaints that the respondent made unlawful deductions from her wages and that she was indirectly discriminated (s.19 Equality Act 2010 (EqA)) against by reference to the protected characteristic of disability are dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The claimant’s complaint that her dismissal was unfair is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The claimant was not subjected to discrimination in contravention of part 5 EqA and her complaints that she was directly discriminated against (s.13 EqA) and subjected to unfavourable treatment because of something arising from her disability (s.15 EqA) are dismissed.
