[1]The complaint of unfair dismissal contrary to Employment Rights Act 1996 sections 94 and 98 is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The complaint of unfair dismissal contrary to Employment Rights Act 1996 sections 94 and 103A is not well-founded and is dismissed.[3]The complaints of victimisation on the ground of having made a protected disclosure, contrary to Employment Rights Act 1996 section 47B are not wellfounded and are dismissed.[4]The complaint that the Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages by failing to pay the Claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday is well-founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £494.13 gross in respect of outstanding holiday pay.
