JUDGMENT
The claimant having repeatedly failed to attend at tribunal hearings, and upon application by the respondent’s counsel:[1]I dismiss the claimant’s proceedings forthwith and in their entirety, pursuant to Rule 47 of the Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]I grant leave to the respondent that, if the claimant makes further application or appeal in this matter of whatever nature or kind, an application against the clamant for wasted costs may be made in respect of the present and previous hearings.
