JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1751.67.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £549.36.[3]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to award compensation for the length of time waiting.[4]The total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is £2301.03. The sum payable above is the gross amount to be paid and the respondent is responsible for deductions of any income tax and National Insurance contributions thereon.
