JUDGMENT

[1]By consent, the name of the respondent is changed to The Chief Constable of West Midlands Police.[2]The claim of unfair dismissal was not presented within the statutory time limit despite it being reasonably practicable to do so is dismissed.[3]The sex and age discrimination claims were not presented within a period of 3 months from the last act complained of. It is not just and equitable to extend the period of limitation to permit them to proceed and they are each dismissed.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, all the claimant’s claims in Case No.1300022/2022 are therefore dismissed.
