The claimant was not dismissed by the respondent.[4]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages/breach of contract succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the following sums:a. £400 consolidated bonus.b. £270 annual subscription.[5]The total sum to be paid by the respondent to the claimant is £670.[6]The recoupment provisions do not apply.
