[1]The claimant has not updated the Tribunal with regard to the progress of this claim.[2]The Tribunal has written to the claimant at the address provided by the claimant, however that correspondence has been returned to the Employment Tribunal Office indicating that the claimant no longer resides at that address.[3]The claimant has not provided the Tribunal with an updated address at which the Tribunal can communicate with him.
