"At the preliminary hearing on20 November 2020 Employment Judge Hodgson noted that there was no discernible claim of indirect race discrimination in the particulars given by the Claimant and made it clear that if he wished to pursue such a claim he would need to apply for leave to amend his claim to include it and he set out what the elements of such a claim are. On7 December 2020 the Claimant provided a document running into many pages headed "schedule of PCPs (section 19 Equality Act 2010 )."
"In his particulars, the Claimant also claimed he was complaining of breach of contract in respect of matters relating to the handling of his grievances and the disciplinary process against him. These matters were not identified as the subject matter of his claim in the single document setting out all his claims on3 August 2020 . Hence, he cannot pursue these claims."
